At least 3 years in the industry, with 1 or more published next gen titles. Blazingly hot in 3DS Max, with a showreel to match. Next gen high/low poly models, UV mapping/unwrapping etc. Photoshop experience essential, demonstrating a flair for texturing to a high next gen standard. Experience in ZBrush or Mudbox an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate an excellent next gen portfolio, and a clear understanding of the processes that go into producing a next gen game. Able to produce quality work quickly to tight deadlines, both individually and as part of a team.
